1. What this app is

Usha Care Guide is a private family tool for tracking a child's feeds, diapers, sleep, growth, milestones, and similar day-to-day care notes. It is operated privately by the household owner. It is not a commercial service.

2. Not medical advice

The app is not a medical device. Information shown is informational only and does not replace evaluation by a licensed pediatrician or other health professional. Do not delay or change clinical care based on what you see here. For emergencies call 911 (US) or your local emergency number.

3. Eligibility & access

Access is by invitation only. You must be old enough to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. The household owner may revoke access at any time, for any reason, without notice.

4. Acceptable use

• Only enter information that you are authorized to enter for the subject.
• Do not share your sign-in link or invite codes with anyone outside the household.
• Do not attempt to access data for households you have not been invited to.
• Do not use the app to harass, defame, or harm anyone, including the subject.

5. Your data

Entries you log are stored in a private database accessible only to authenticated members of your household. See the Privacy Policy for details. You can request export or deletion at any time by contacting the household owner.

6. No warranty

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The household owner is not liable for any loss arising from use of the app, including but not limited to data loss, downtime, or decisions made based on app content.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be surfaced in-app.
